1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are effective from the date a player creates an account on bk33 pro and continue in force for as long as the account remains open or any balance, pending withdrawal, or bonus obligation remains outstanding.

bk33 pro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address registered on the account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute concerning the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the definitive and governing version.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, the Player confirms that they:

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. bk33 pro reserves the right to place a temporary hold on account activity pending verification. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds in the account will be voided in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

Geographic Restrictions

3. Account Registration

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on bk33 pro at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bk33 pro will close all but the earliest registered account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and may permanently ban the player from the Platform.

Registration Information

When registering an account, players must provide accurate information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. This information must remain current at all times. Players must notify bk33 pro promptly of any changes to their registered contact details by contacting [email protected].

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Account Credentials

Players are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account username and password. bk33 pro will never request a player's password through any channel. Players must not share their login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through an account — whether authorised by the account holder or not — is the responsibility of the registered account holder unless bk33 pro is notified of a security breach immediately upon discovery.

Account Currency

All bk33 pro accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account currency cannot be changed once the account is created. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, wager stakes, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in BDT using the ৳ symbol.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

bk33 pro accepts BDT deposits and processes BDT withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at bk33 pro's discretion.

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on bk33 pro is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, however transaction limits imposed by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay at the mobile wallet level apply independently. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The player's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the player's available balance after deducting any locked bonus funds;
• The withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used to deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team;

bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 15 minutes of approval. Rocket and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. bk33 pro does not charge any fees on BDT withdrawals; however, the player's own payment provider may apply its standard transaction charges independently.

Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to players upon account registration or upon request to the support team. bk33 pro reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Third-Party Payments

Players may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in their own name. bk33 pro does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonus Terms

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as described on the current promotions page. The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only; it cannot be claimed more than once per household, IP address, payment method, or device.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds, free spin winnings, and cashback amounts awarded by bk33 pro are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus-derived funds are locked and cannot be withdrawn. Eligible Games

These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the promotions page when each offer becomes active.

6. User Obligations

By using the bk33 pro platform, all registered players agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

Prohibited Activities

Players must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the bk33 pro platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, sports bet, or poker variant to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or calculation errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Providing false information to the support team, the KYC process, or in any communication with bk33 pro;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to disguise the player's true geographic location;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the bk33 pro support team or any other player;
• Selling, transferring, or assigning an account or the funds within an account to any third party.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

Players may request to close their bk33 pro account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real-money balances that have cleared all wagering requirements will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take an extended break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended and they will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications. Suspension by bk33 pro

bk33 pro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Engagement in bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software;
• Account identified as belonging to a person under 18 years of age;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Any other activity deemed by bk33 pro to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, bk33 pro reserves the right to withhold any balance within the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

8. Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

bk33 pro endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, however the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. bk33 pro does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, connectivity failures, or disruptions to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Game Results

All game outcomes on bk33 pro are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Spribe, NetEnt, and Ezugi. bk33 pro accepts no liability for any dispute concerning the outcome of any game or sporting event. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bk33 pro's decision on how to resolve the affected round is final.

Financial Losses from Gambling

Players acknowledge and accept that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss. bk33 pro accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by a player through use of the Platform, provided that the Platform has been operated in accordance with these Terms and applicable fair-play standards. Errors and Omissions

In the event of an error in any displayed odds, game pay-table, bonus amount, or promotional offer — whether caused by human error or a technical fault — bk33 pro reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Players will be notified of any voiding of bets arising from a material error, and any staked funds on voided bets will be returned to the player's account balance.
